I’ve struggled with insomnia for years. It first started from work stress. It then evolved into an ongoing issue as I started going through menopause. My hormones changed, family and work issues piled up, and my sleep continued to get worse. I was desperate for a remedy.

I never thought the day would come when I could say this, but sleep comes much easier for me now. I can finally ditch the meds and trackers. I have tried it recently. It worked fantastic, better than Tadafil alone, works in minutes, makes me hornier. Effects last into the next day.

I started using Sleep Reset two weeks ago. I had little trouble falling asleep but often woke in the middle of the night for hours. So far, with the sleep program assigned to me, if info wake in the middle of the night, I fall asleep soon. I love the idea of changing how my mind works with sleep rather than popping pills.
I have been having insomnia since I had Covid in August and then I had a traumatic event of illness in Italy and was hospitalized. I am still suffering with insomnia and I need help to try to figure out how to get back to where l was. I used to be able to sleep at the drop of a hat
I have sleeping problem long time I drink Tylenol pm for years but even the it no working no more am here 3:04 in the morning of Nov 1 awakewith no sleep and have to work at 9 my back of my neck hurt a little I pray to get some sleep I don’t know what yo do please if you can help me I be so thankfull
