This program works! My doctor recommended it. I started in 11/14/2023. Now 8 months later I still wake up but fall right back and also fall asleep in under 15 mins.
I have read in some reviews that the “coaches” are obviously just AI bots. Is this true or are the coaches humans?

Sleep Reset sounds hopeful to me, and I need to find out if it addresses my needs. I’ve been tested & don’t have Sleep Apnea. But I cannot go to sleep at a reasonable time, even though I get into bed on time and take meds to make me sleepy; and I cannot get up until I’ve slept 8-9 hours! So right now I’m going to sleep at 2-3AM and getting up at 10-11AM (I am retired)! It also takes several “Snoozes” before I get out of bed! My husband is the opposite: Bed at 11:30 PM like clockwork, & up at 6:30-7:30 AM daily — WITHOUT any assistance at all!! I’ve tried to change my habits but cannot do so without some kind of proven protocol I haven’t yet found! And I want OFF the pills, but if I don’t take them — ZERO SLEEP!! Can this program “fix me”?? I’m tired of fighting to be normal…
